The Benns’ business relationship with Ascot stud principals Jim and Jackie Wedge goes back seven years. “We’re running about 12 Ascot bulls now. The Wedges are the best you’ll find to deal with. We’ve never had any issues with them or their bulls. They don’t hold back. When they want new bloodlines they go to the best. These are the sort of people we need more of in the industry.”
